Do you want to be more relaxed and at the same time have more energy?
The heart-focused breathing technique from the HeartMath Institute can help that through a breathing technique. The HeartMath Institute is a Center for research of the heart-brain connection and its communication to help us handle stress, have our heart, mind and emotions in alignment, and help to deepen our connection to ourselves and others.
Their breathing technique is simple and easy, yet powerful, and you can do it anytime, any place. All you need to do is focus on your heart and imagine that you are breathing into your heart and out of your heart. Breathe in for 5 or 6 seconds, slowly, deeply, smoothly, and evenly and then breathe out for 5 or 6 seconds, slowly, deeply, smoothly, and evenly. If you choose, you can put your hand on your heart to help you focus better when breathing in slowly and breathing out slowly. Do this for a few minutes, if you can. Otherwise only a few breaths to start with and build from there.
That’s all you have to do, simple and easy, yet powerful. So do this especially when you feel stressed, but also at the start of your day and end of your day. Anytime you have a couple of minutes is a great time to do this. I do this when doing facials and my sound therapy with the tuning forks, because I sense it helps clients feel more relaxed and balanced too.
If you want to experience being more peaceful, less rushed, and more alive, I highly recommend this technique.

The research on the intelligence of the heart is really amazing stuff. I will send more info soon. And as always if you need more info on this or facials or sound therapy, just call, text, or email me.
